How long does verification take?
Expected timeframes for GatSwap's identity verification process.
Most verifications are completed within 5 minutes. In some cases, manual review is required, which can take up to 24 hours during business days.
Why might verification take longer?
- The ID photo is blurry or partially obscured
- The name on the ID doesn't exactly match the account name
- The ID is expired or damaged
- The liveness check result was inconclusive
If your verification is taking longer than 24 hours, contact support with your account email. Do not re-submit verification while a review is in progress.
