How do I delete my account?
How to permanently close your GatSwap account.
Account deletion is permanent. Before proceeding, make sure you have no active trades in progress. Deleting your account while a trade is active may complicate the transfer process.
- 1Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
- 2Scroll to the bottom and tap 'Delete Account.'
- 3Confirm by entering your password.
- 4Your account will be scheduled for deletion within 30 days.
During the 30-day window, you can log back in to cancel the deletion. After 30 days, your account data is purged per our Privacy Policy.
Per ATF record-keeping requirements, GatSwap retains minimal transfer records (firearm serial numbers, dates of transfer) for the legally required period, even after account deletion.
