How do I update my profile information?
How to edit your GatSwap profile details.
To update your profile, tap your avatar in the top-right corner of the app, then select 'Edit Profile.'
Editable fields
- Display name (shown to other users)
- Profile photo
- Location (city/state — used to surface nearby FFLs)
- Bio and trading preferences
- Notification settings
Your legal name, date of birth, and government ID are locked after verification is complete. If you need to update these due to a legal name change, contact support with documentation.
