How do I verify my identity?

Identity verification is required to make or receive trade offers. You'll be prompted to verify when you first try to send or accept a trade proposal.

1. 1Tap 'Verify Identity' in your profile settings or when prompted during trade setup.
2. 2Take a clear photo of the front of your government-issued ID.
3. 3Take a photo of the back of your ID.
4. 4Complete the liveness check by following on-screen prompts (you'll be asked to look left, right, and blink).
5. 5Submit — most verifications are reviewed within 5 minutes.

You'll receive a push notification and email once your verification is complete. If there's an issue, support will reach out with specific instructions.
