- Email: support@gatswap.com (response within 24 hours)
- Urgent trade issues: use the 'Escalate' button inside an active trade for priority handling
For compliance-related questions (legal issues, background check denials, law enforcement requests), email compliance@gatswap.com. These are handled by our legal team.
GatSwap support operates Monday–Friday 8am–6pm CT. Weekend tickets are reviewed on the next business day.
