How do I report a user?
Steps to report another GatSwap user.
To report a user, visit their profile, tap the three-dot menu (⋯), and select 'Report User.' You can also report a user directly from an active trade or a message thread.
What to include in your report
- Specific behavior or messages that concerned you
- Screenshots if possible (attach from your photo library)
- Any trade IDs associated with the issue
Reports are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team, typically within 24 business hours. You'll receive a notification when the report is resolved.
