How do I get a refund?
GatSwap's refund policy for fees and boot payments.
Boot payments held in escrow are fully refunded if the trade is cancelled before firearms are shipped. Once shipping begins, refunds are subject to the cancellation policy.
Platform fees are non-refundable once a trade completes. If a trade is cancelled before completion, platform fees are not charged.
Requesting a refund
Contact support@gatswap.com with your trade ID. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
GatSwap Credits are non-refundable once purchased but do not expire.
