What fees does GatSwap charge?
A full breakdown of GatSwap's fee structure.
GatSwap charges a platform fee on completed trades. The fee is 2.5% of the combined estimated value of the trade, split equally between both parties (1.25% each).
Fee examples
- Two $500 pistols traded: combined value $1,000 → platform fee $25 total ($12.50 per person)
- A $800 rifle for a $600 handgun + $200 boot: combined value $1,400 → platform fee $35 total
What's not included
- FFL transfer fee (paid directly to the FFL)
- Shipping costs (paid through GatSwap's carrier integration)
- State-mandated transfer fees (California DROS, etc.)
